Nuno Baltazar’s spring/summer 2014 collection looked a bit like a fairytale with beautiful models dressed up in silk dresses and wearing golden stars on their heads. It was his 15th show at Moda Lisboa and the collection is all about contrasts in shapes, colors and silhouettes. He was using both dark and light colors and simple shapes, as well as complex and multilayered ones. Color palette varies from ivory and taupe to cobalt blue and black, while the choice of fabrics ranges from natural linen to luxurious satins and jacquards. There is a bit of 50s glamour with X line silhouette satin dresses, but also some modern cutting and shaping.
