TORONTO, Canada |  Beauty achieved its best of    f  a  s  h  i  o  n    not scrimping on any at the 3rd Annual Beauty and Grooming Awards by Proctor & Gamble.  Toronto drew back the curtains to celebrate the yearly beauty, talent and editorial sects of fashion industry, and a top honour for the   F O R D  Agency  echelon.

A n a   B a r s e g h i a n   of  Ford Artists took the grail for “Hairstylist of the Year.”

Tuesday, The Proctor & Gamble Canada’s 3rd Annual Beauty and Grooming Awards were held at Carlu in Toronto, beginning cocktail reception, awards, and front-lined by consummate Hollywood actress, Kim Cattrall..

Cattrall, a thespian native, lead the soiree, following her recent starring role in the Noel Coward production, Private Lives.

“We’re honoured to have Kim Cattrall as our host of the third annual P&G Beauty & Grooming Awards, recognizing the 2011 winners,” Esther Benzie, Canadian Marketing Director, P & G Beauty & Grooming, shared.

“Canada has an amazing pool of talent in the beauty and fashion industry; this year we received a record number of entries and the submissions were truly exceptional.  What better way to celebrate them than with a stylish Canadian star like Ms. Cattrall at the helm of the awards ceremony.”

P&G seams together the finest in Canadian editors, photogs, models, hairstylists, makeup artists, and fashion publications emphasizing ‘location, location, location’ in prominence.

2011 heralded the addition of two new award categories upping queue to 14 with the 2011 ‘Best Scientific Beauty Feature’ and ‘Best Creative Beauty Feature,’ replacing the Best Beauty Feature category.

Designers and fashion marquesses-in-training make PDA notes: to submit work to the yearly competition talents’ works were published in Canadian media and publication tracts between August 2010 and July 2011…

The P & G Beauty & Grooming Awards are open to Canadian beauty, grooming and fashion media; hair stylists, make-up artists, photographers and models only.

ModXchange congratulates Fashion Magazine’s  S u s i e   S h e f f m a n, fashion director, and her win for best fashion editor.

The latest challenge-competition charts the nation’s highest in commercial and native talent, continuing strong since 2009.
